What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sandwich Artist position at Subway?
We are seeking friendly and hard-working team members to join our locally-owned Subway restaurants in Iowa City and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer whether online, on the phone, or in person
- Ensure accurate money and inventory controls, including running a Point-Of-Sale system
- Maintain a clean store by completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Be available for opening or closing the location for the business day
- Take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors
- Tended positions with frequent customer service bonuses
Pay & Benefits:
- $13-$16 per hour (tips included), with an average tip rate of $2-$3/hour
- Immediate Raises & advancement available based on skills & knowledge

- Paid breaks
