- Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and dining experience.
- Coordinate catering services and special events as required.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining or quick service fast food environments.
