What are the responsibilities and job description for the Subway Crew Closer- South Atherton position at Subway?
This shift is typically a 3/4pm start time. We close at 8pm currently. With an expected time to complete a shift at most 30 minutes. In the spring we will be open until 9pm.
Closing is a different vibe than morning shift, with many more cleaning tasks that are required to prepare for the next day. We provide checklists and training to make the job as easy as possible to complete. Even when it can be busy.
I personally had worked thousands of closes in my career, before becoming the owner of the business. So I understand very clearly the job and what I will be asking of you.

The pay range is dictated based on experience within the QSR industry. With preference towards those with Subway experience. We do have yearly adjustments for raises, with the chance to earn a higher rate based on work performance and reliability.
Looking for part time, but open to full time as well.

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
