- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Explain menu items and answer customer questions accurately.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Other Duties:
- Restock supplies in the sandwich unit area.
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
- Assist with cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, cleaning restrooms, and sweeping.
- Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Subway's uniform policy.
- Complete online coursework on the University of Subway® as directed.
