What are the responsibilities and job description for the Subway Full Time Closer at 1718 S Atherton St, State College position at Subway?
This position is considered full time 4pm-10pm daily. With at least one weekend day of your choice. Which can be a mid-daytime shift or a closing shift.
As the closer I am looking for someone who I can reliably count on to be there for their shift and on time. As the closer, timing is everything as there are multiple tasks that need to be accomplished so that the next day starts off right. As a closer it is all about setting the next day up for success. When that is done. The other shifts also make sure that the closing shift is set up for success.
As the owner speaking, I have worked decades as a closer before I was an owner. So I understand the challenge.
