Subway Sandwich Artist/Cashier

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Makers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about menu items.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the café setting.
