Responsibilities
- Reviewing and Organizing Document Productions.
- Assisting Clients
- Electronic and physical document filing
- Handling Outgoing Mailing, Delivery, Certified/Registered Postage, Other Clerical Obligations.
- Under attorney supervision, assisting with estate planning documentation preparation and real estate transactions
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly organized, self motivated & capable of working independently.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Capably operate computer, fax machine, scanner, photocopier, typewriter, & telephone.
- Work under deadline pressure.
- US Work Authorization required
