Job Description

We now need a results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team.

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing recruitment team. This role will identify and engage top tier talent, build robust candidate pipelines, and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet our organization’s workforce needs. You will be a key player in our recruitment strategy, ensuring that we attract the best candidates to support dynamic business goals. This position reports to the Leader, Talent Acquisition - Sourcing & Executive Search .

Key responsibilities include :

Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Handshake, etc) to identify and engage with potential candidates

Develop and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs by fostering and maintaining relationships with potential candidates

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and candidate profiles

Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit, interest, and viability

Utilize metrics to track progress and success

A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education :

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in a sourcing role, ideally within a high growth environment

Proficiency with various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and leading ATS systems

Motivated by data and accustomed to metrics that define success

Excellent communication and cross functional skills - you know how to tailor messaging to audiences

Ability to gather and analyze data to inform sourcing strategies and candidate engagement

Bachelor’s degree

A successful applicant will have the following traits :

Required Traits

Data-driven and comfortable translating business requirements into actionable insights via milestone mapping and measurable analytics

Experience with Workday and leading ATS providers

Experience with process improvement, documentation, and reporting within Talent Acquisition

Compensation Range

Annual Salary : $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
