Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dance Teacher to join our team. As a Dance Teacher at Success Academy, you will be responsible for teaching dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills to our scholars.
You will work closely with our dance program coordinator to develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and plan performances.
- Teach dance classes to students of varying skill levels and ages.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and creativity.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school-wide events and performances.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in dance or a related field.
- Professional training in dance or extensive professional performance credits.
- Experience working with children and implementing effective dance instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
