Responsibilities: Our teachers work tirelessly to ensure each child has access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education. They assess and analyze data to chart student growth and achievement, engage in professional development opportunities with school leaders, and tailor their teaching methods accordingly. Teachers also have the opportunity to enter our school leadership track as an assistant principal or transition to our network office.
Required Skills: A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy, a rigorous and relevant academic major, ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations), passion for content, planning and organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and a welcome to feedback and coaching.
