Responsibilities
- Manage a classroom of 20 scholars and provide individualized attention to each student.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of your students.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
Requirements
You should have a bachelor's degree before your first day of work and be able to work in person in New York City. A background in education is not required, but you should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
