Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for using a proven curriculum and extensive training to develop exceptional leadership skills, collaborative spirit, and passion to put their knowledge to work for profound social impact on behalf of children. They will supervise a classroom of 20 students, plan engaging lessons, learn to assess and analyze data, and engage in opportunities for growth and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and peers.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong instincts for building trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Learner Mindset: Intellectually curious and motivated to master new skills.
