Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social-emotional growth

Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering)
Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations)
Supervise a classroom of 20 students
