About the Position
We are a network of public charter schools dedicated to providing a world-class education to students from low-income neighborhoods in New York City.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Science Teacher who is passionate about science education and committed to student empowerment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive science curricula for elementary school students, designing engaging lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials.
Requirements
To succeed as a Science Teacher at Success Academy, you must possess:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic field (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics, engineering)
Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for science education and a commitment to student empowerment
