Job Description

The Network Operations Manager will uphold the professional standards and customer service excellence that define Success Academy’s Network Office. Reporting to the Lead, Renovations & Facilities, this role oversees daily operations and ensures the Success Academy Network Office is a beacon of professionalism, efficiency, and world-class service for over 400 staff members across four floors.

Responsibilities

1. Professional Office Space Management

  • Maintain an immaculate, professional, and welcoming office environment that reflects Success Academy’s highest standards.

  • Ensure all areas, from shared spaces to individual workstations, are optimized for functionality, aesthetics, and comfort.

2. Leadership and Customer Service

  • Lead and develop a team committed to delivering exceptional service, ensuring every interaction embodies professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Create a culture where team members proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring every visitor and employee experience is seamless and positive.

3. Policy and System Development

  • Establish and manage cross-functional policies, procedures, and communication strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration across the network.

  • Advocate for and implement systems that support the professional function of all office operations.

4. Financial Oversight

  • Strategically manage daily and long-term financials for the facility, including purchases, utilities, staffing, and maintenance.

  • Develop sustainable financial practices that align with organizational growth and future facility expansions.

5. Facilities Management and Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and attention to detail in maintenance and presentation.

  • Proactively identify and address facility needs, ensuring a safe, secure, and professional workspace.

6. Event Support

  • Provide comprehensive support for internal events hosted at the Network Office, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with organizational values.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $84,000.00
