As a teacher with Success Academy, you will manage a classroom of 20 scholars and provide timely feedback and support to help students improve. You will also maintain accurate records of student performance and progress, communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians, and collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
You will have the opportunity to engage in professional development opportunities with school leaders and learn to assess and analyze data to chart your students' growth and achievement. You will also have the opportunity to enter our school leadership track as an assistant principal or transition to our network office.
