Science Curriculum Developer

Elementary School STEM Instructional Coach

As a member of our instructional coaching team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to teachers in designing and implementing our Science program. Your expertise will help shape the way we deliver instruction and support student growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other coaches to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in teaching and learning.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with teachers and other colleagues, providing constructive feedback and support to foster a collaborative learning environment.

• Identify areas of need within our Science program and design targeted coaching initiatives to address these gaps.

• Deliver coaching sessions to teachers, focusing on best practices, strategies for implementation, and tools for assessment and analysis.

• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in student growth and achievement, and use this information to inform coaching decisions.

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement solutions to improve instruction and student outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy

• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, chemistry, physics, engineering)

• Experience in instructional coaching or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with teachers and other colleagues.

Compensation :

Starting From: $70,000.00
