Key Responsibilities:
- Sharpen communication skills and build strong relationships with students, families, and peers.
- Become a skilled problem solver able to tackle challenges in and out of the classroom.
- Analyze data to chart students' growth and achievement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree before starting work with Success Academy.
- Rigorous and relevant academic major (biology, chemistry, physics, engineering).
- Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations).
- Supervise a classroom of 20 students.
