SUCCESS ACADMY IS LOOKING FOR COMMITTED TEACHERS who can inspire and prepare students from low-income neighborhoods to become self-assured thinkers and leaders in science.
This role emphasizes scientific literacy across various disciplines and fosters critical engagement with the world. SUCCESS ACADEMY PROVIDES EXTENSIVE TRAINING AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ALLOWING YOU TO DEVELOP MEANINGFUL SKILLS WHILE POSITIVELY IMPACTING CHILDREN'S EDUCATION.
We work tirelessly every day to ensure each child in NYC has access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through the doors of one of our 57 schools in NYC a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.
A background in education is not required. At Success Academy, we provide you with extensive training and a proven curriculum so you can focus on working with your students instead of building lesson plans.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
- A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e., biology, chemistry, physics, engineering).
- Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations).
- Supervise a classroom of 20 students.
