As a Science Teacher at Success Academy, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators. Our Science program is designed to develop scholars as citizens of science, empowering them to engage creatively, critically, and meaningfully with the world around them.
We place a strong emphasis on scientific literacy, with special attention to reading, writing, and data literacy. A background in education is not required; we provide extensive training and a proven curriculum so you can focus on working with your students instead of building lesson plans. As a teacher at Success Academy, you will have opportunities to gain valuable professional skills and advance rapidly with leadership opportunities available both in the classroom and outside.
Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors. This includes writing letters of recommendation at the middle school and high school level.
