Job Description
We are seeking motivated recent graduates for teaching positions in NYC, with no prior experience required. The role involves engaging and inspiring students while implementing lesson plans and assessing performance. Comprehensive training and leadership development opportunities are provided to support career advancement in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a classroom of 20 scholars.
- Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
- A background in education is not required.
- Ability to work in person in New York City (a $2500 stipend is offered for qualified relocations).
