Job Description
We are looking for experienced and entry-level educators who can teach and inspire students in elementary school. As a teacher at Success Academy, you will be responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering a collaborative learning environment that promotes academic success for all students.
Responsibilities
- Manage a classroom of 20 scholars
- Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
- The ability to work in person in New York City
- A passion for teaching and working with children
- Strong organizational and communication skills
