Success by Design Wellness Center is looking for a Front Office Medical Receptionist that is passionate about health and wellness and helping people .
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with excellent oral/phone communication, and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task, and provide superior customer service skills. This position is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, ringing out clients, checking in orders, inventory, up-selling and cross-selling existing clients at the front desk, plus other misc. office duties.
What you will do in this role:
- Front Office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones.
- Marketing and Sales
- Handle any patient complaints appropriately
- Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information
- Oversee the timeliness and accuracy of patient charges
- Inventory
- Scheduling client appointments and following up with clients via phone and email.
- Manage professional and personal calendar for office.
- Manage all correspondence (calls/emails/texts) with high profile clientele.
- Educate clients about the treatments we offer, how they work, the expected results, and how much they cost, in a non-robotic manner.
- Consumer sales duties. Highly suited for an experienced “closer” when selling products available in office to clients.
- Perform errands and tasks for office, and on occasion for the owners.
- Handle day-to-day office operations.
- Ordering supplies and assisting other team members when available to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Having ongoing patient service / satisfaction relationship – Making sure they are happy, and that their questions or concerns are met are addressed in a prompt manner, including weekends and off hour times.
What Qualifications we Prefer
- Front Office Receptionist Experience in a Busy Med Spa
- Experience with setting and reaching quotas (Preferred).
- Sales and Marketing experience in the Aesthetic Business is preferred
- Social Medial experience is preferred
- EHR experience Required
- Mindbody software experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
