POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the faculty is to effectively communicate with the students and help them achieve their educational goals.
Faculties at North-West College are responsible for supporting student success by creating an optimum learning environment, responding to student needs, managing effective instructional activities, developing curriculum courses, modeling employability skills, demonstrating professionalism, developing cooperative work relationships with other faculty and staff, supporting college administrative requirements, and maintaining competency in their instructional field. He/she will be responsible for quality instruction and for effective participation of the students.
The faculty maximizes retention of students toward the completion of their programs and provides a fostering and proper educational environment so that the students may derive the maximum benefits from the program for which they are enrolled in.
RESPONSIBILITY:
This is a faculty position directly reporting to the Campus Director.

Qualifications
LAB INSTRUCTION:
The instructor will oversee and facilitate laboratory sessions for students in the lab. This role involves providing hands-on instruction, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages

- Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
- Strong Math and English Skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- High School Diploma
- Appropriate professional experience
- Teaching experience required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Public speaking
- 3 Years of in-field experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (required)
