Key Responsibilities
✔ Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns proactively.
- Conduct regular check-ins, follow-ups, and performance reviews with clients to ensure continued success.
✔ Sales & Business Growth
- Leverage company-provided leads to engage potential clients and convert them into long-term partners.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships and trust.
✔ Account Strategy & Execution
- Develop tailored account management plans to align with client goals and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations.
✔ Issue Resolution & Client Advocacy
- Serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring that their feedback and concerns are addressed.
- Proactively identify and resolve client challenges to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Provide recommendations for service enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.
✔ Industry Knowledge & Market Insights
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer success.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in commission-based sales or performance-driven environments is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
