Chief Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Chief Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Founder and CEO of Success Management Corp. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, possess strong multitasking abilities, and are committed to ensuring seamless daily operations.
As a Chief Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the CEO by managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various high-level projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Executive Support & Administration
- Provide direct personal and administrative assistance to the CEO.
- Manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency.
- Handle high-level correspondence, emails, and virtual communications.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy access.
- Utilize DocuSign for contract and document management.
✅ Project & Operations Management
- Assist with strategic initiatives and ongoing business projects.
- Conduct research to support decision-making and business growth strategies.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
✅ Event & Meeting Coordination
- Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings.
- Assist in planning corporate events, including logistics and vendor communication.
✅ Communication & Client Relations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
✔Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
✔Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant business tools.
✔Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
✔Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and attention to detail.
✔Experience in event coordination and project management is a plus.
✔Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic business environment.
