Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Design and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy that aligns with the overall goals and vision of the organization, positioning HR as a key enabler of business growth and transformation.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing HR team, providing strategic direction and ensuring best-in-class HR practices in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute workforce planning initiatives, ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to meet both short-term needs and long-term objectives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive the design and implementation of comprehensive employee engagement programs, recognizing and rewarding high performance, and creating a work environment that champions diversity, inclusivity, and respect.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management systems that emphasize employee development, growth, and alignment with organizational goals. Focus on creating pathways for career advancement and increasing employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the organization’s HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and best practices, proactively identifying and addressing any areas of potential risk.
- HR Technology & Data Analytics: Lead the implementation of cutting-edge HR technology and leverage data analytics to drive decision-making, improve employee experiences, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee HR budget planning, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and HR programs are cost-efficient while meeting organizational needs.
- Change Management & Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, fostering an adaptable and resilient workforce that thrives in an evolving business environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications or an MBA is a plus.
- 15 years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity within the financial services sector (public accounting, law firms, or wealth management offices preferred).
- Proven track record of success in leading and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance organizational culture.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a history of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits, as well as a deep understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience managing large HR budgets and resources, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in the integration of HR technology solutions and utilizing HR analytics to optimize talent management and organizational effectiveness.
