Your Role: Making an Impact
As a Sr. SailPoint Developer / IAM Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing and securing the company's identity and access management (IAM) systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint integrations (both custom and out-of-the-box) to enhance security and efficiency.
- Driving Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Ping Identity, shaping Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) strategies, and leading SailPoint IGA projects.
- Overseeing Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, ensuring compliance with security frameworks (NIST, CIS).
- Collaborating cross-functionally to assess and implement new technologies that advance IAM practices.
- Creating and maintaining operational documentation with tools like Confluence Wiki.
- Mentoring junior engineers and leading IAM-related initiatives across the organization.
Your Expertise: The Ideal Profile
- 10 years of IT experience with hands-on expertise in SailPoint and IAM technologies.
- Strong background in SailPoint integrations, both pre-built and custom.
- Knowledge of IdP integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC (preferred).
- Experience with SSO, MFA, PAM across on-prem, distributed, and SaaS environments.
- Prior experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible.
- Exposure to SaaS solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Bonus Points for:
- Certifications: CIAM, CISSP, or IAM vendor-specific credentials.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
