- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations to deliver compliant and cutting-edge solutions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Technical Skills: Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Creative Problem Solver: A natural curiosity and investigative approach to finding effective solutions.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects and budgets is a definite plus.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with construction processes, HVAC materials, and applicable legal regulations.
- Physical Capability: Ability to visit construction sites and client facilities as required.
- Certification: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
