Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Systems Engineer to lead automation and controls engineering projects. This position requires extensive experience in control systems configuration, DCS/PLC development, and field instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical excellence, project leadership, and automation advancements.

- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of control systems.
- Develop and optimize PLC/DCS systems, HMI graphics, and control narratives.
- Reverse engineer obsolete control logic and create detailed documentation.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control in all automation projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and address project requirements.
- Support loop checks, FAT/SAT execution, system startup, and commissioning.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in control systems engineering and automation.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Expertise in Rockwell / Allen Bradley systems, including programming and HMI graphics.
- Strong knowledge of P&ID development and PLC/DCS enclosure layout.
- Proven experience in lead engineering roles and managing multiple projects.
- Experience with Plant PAX & Batch systems.
- Knowledge of legacy system upgrades and reverse engineering.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
