LOCATION: Reston, VA. This is a hybrid (1x/wk in office or less) role available to those who reside within a 60 mile radius.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
? Utilize strong hands-on skills to take charge of critical systems and lead a team in optimizing and securing the company's IAM solutions.
? Develop SailPoint integrations, both custom and out of the box, to onboard applications.
? Designing and implement IAM solutions: SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, integrations with various Identity Providers (IdPs), and IAM security protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
? Participate in strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and assess and implement new technologies.
? Create and maintain operational documentation with collaboration tools like Confluence Wiki for systems configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
? May oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) deployments, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with frameworks like NIST and CIS.
? Mentor junior engineers, lead technical teams, and clearly communicate IAM strategies across the organization.
