This is a full-time on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Success On The Spectrum in DeSoto, TX. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, implementing ABA Therapy, and evaluating the progress and effectiveness of the therapy.
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of parent education techniques
- Strong background in psychology
- Proficient in behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
Salary : $88,000 - $94,000
