Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA franchise with a dedication to quality. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science, a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement to children who have ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing the overall quality of life.
Clinical Directors have a caseload of 10 clients and are assisted by an intern. You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients.
Clinical Directors serve as the company Quality Assurance Officer. You must have good communication skills and problem solving skills, as you will supervise the quality of other BCBAs’ work. You will ensure that all staff adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.
Quarterly, you will analyze the progress of clients company-wide and lead in-service trainings based on your staff’s weaknesses.
Clinical Directors serve as the company Ethics Officer.

Job Description:
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm
- Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- Acting Quality Assurance Officer
- Acting Ethics Officer
- Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
- Safety Management
- Cleaning Duties
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Maintains BACB Certification
- Maintains State Certification
- Maintains BLS / OPR certification
- Maintains NPI number
- Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
- Maintains updated CAQH account
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an
accredited university
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proven management experience in a clinical setting
*Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and collaboration
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
