Responsibilities Direct Customer Support Representative :
- Approach consumers in person to assess how needs can be met by company services offered
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice hands-on
- Schedule customer installations dates that best fit their needs to increase customer retainment and sales margins
- Meet with customer, identify their needs, and find elegant solutions to their concerns
- Attend training sessions to increase client knowledge and stay up to date with sales tactics
- Additional tasks as required
