We are actively searching for a new team member to join our firm as an AT&T Client Representative. We are a boutique consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in crafting and delivering quality business development and sales solutions for brands of various industries and sizes, and due to a significant partnership, we are actively hiring quality team-oriented leaders for our AT&T division.
The AT&T Client Representative will act as a primary point of contact for AT&T’s new and existing customer base. The primary objective of the position is to provide excellent account support, establish lasting quality client relationships, and assist in closing sales and enrolling new clients. This position is crucial in expanding our clientele and market reach, so essential skills include the ability to establish rapport with various personalities, actively listen and provide personalized product recommendations, and problem solve with efficiency.
AT&T Client Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, addressing inquiries, questions, or concerns with professionalism, urgency and transparency
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding AT&T products, services and pricing
- Assist new and existing customers with account setup, management, and support
- Ensure that all client information is accurately recorded while following all confidentiality and compliance requirements
- Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce our products and promote brand awareness
- Regularly deliver compliant and compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our products, address individual customer concerns, and provide solutions with professionalism
- Utilize product knowledge and persuasion to follow up with qualified leads to drive sales, build relationships, and acquire new clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve client service delivery
AT&T Client Representative Requirements & Benefits:
- Relevant work experience in account management, customer service, client relations, sales, or related field
