Our firm is expanding throughout the Houston area, and we are actively hiring a Customer Enrollment Team Member to join our team. We have worked hard to become successful and have formed significant partnerships with well-known brands in the telecommunicationsindustry. Our goal for our clients is simple: develop new business and expand into new markets by prioritizing human connections, genuine relationships and transparency. We are fortunate enough to sustain these relationships with our clients over the years. With our recent success this past year, we are now in need of a bigger team! Our Customer Enrollment team is the pinnacle of influencing the brand experience, which is how we generate new business for our clients. We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to join our team as theCustomer Enrollment Team Member.
Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Team Member Include:
- Communicate directly with customers on products and services offered by our clients, expanding on the advantages and closing sales enrollment opportunities
- Work directly with our client’s potential customers and handle each interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance mandates
- Establish and maintain genuine relationships with new and existing customers to create a seamless and positive enrollment experience
- Answer questions with honesty and transparency while focusing on product quality
- Preserve a student mentality while training alongside other Customer Success Representatives to grasp the basics of the role
- Maintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Customer Success Representatives
- Contribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumers
Requirements of the Customer Enrollment Team Member:
- A background in Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or Communications
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
- An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
- Must have a student mentality to receive continued training and development
- Must be a self-starter and driven to succeed
- Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude
*This is an in-office position and requires reliable transportation to and from our Houston office on a daily basis.*
