Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by demonstrating product knowledge, building trust, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside fellow Account Managers to engage in sales activities, supporting both existing customers and new business development efforts.
- Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, purchase orders, and order modifications.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Sales Executives to identify growth opportunities and expand within the assigned territory.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets, focusing on profitable sales volume and aligning with strategic business goals.
- Participate in solution development to meet client needs by attending strategy sessions and networking with top industry professionals.
- Communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to maximize profitability for both the client and the company.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to adapt and excel under pressure.
- A self-driven individual who is reliable, proactive, and committed to achieving results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.
