Position : Office Manager / Bookkeeper
The Opportunity : Success Printing & Mailing seeks a full-time Office Manager and Bookkeeper to support staff in day-to-day operations and manage our financial systems. Core responsibilities include billing, handling accounts payable, generating financial reports, administering payroll, as well as some Human Resource responsibilities. Secondary responsibilities would be to assist leadership team on special projects (e.g., software roll-out, time studies) and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing customers, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Accurately process financial transactions & pay invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of bank statements, credit card statements, mailing meters, and financial reports.
- Manage benefits administration within the company and process payroll.
- Ensure all business licenses and policies (e.g., insurance coverages) are appropriately maintained and in compliance.
- Support onboarding of any new employees.
- Support daily needs of the office, including ordering supplies and other vendor interactions.
