· 11 PM - 7 AM

About Us:
Success Rehabilitation is a residential and day treatment program for adults with traumatic brain injuries. You will find meaningful work assisting individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments.

Starting Salary: $17 - $20 per hour

Primary Job Duties:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help residents achieve maximum independence and quality of life by:
- Supporting residents in achieving their active treatment goals.
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.
- Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care.
- Transporting clients to community outings, day programs, and doctor’s appointments.

Job Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (no public transportation/Uber/Lyft).
- Proof of a high school diploma, GED, or college/university degree from a US educational institution, or active status on the PA CNA registry.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to be flexible and cross-trained at various locations for client coverage.
- Minimum of 6 months of human services/direct care experience (as an employee, volunteer, or family member).
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and perform various physical tasks.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with a team-oriented mindset.

Expected Hours: 40 per week
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
