WEEKEND - Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Bucks County!

At Success Rehabilitation, Inc., we are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) that are available to work FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY on the following shifts:

• 7AM-3PM
• 3PM-11PM
• 11PM-7AM

Success Rehabilitation is a residential and day treatment rehabilitation program for adults with traumatic brain injury. You will find meaningful work helping individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments.

Primary Job Duties:
At Success, you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life. You will:

• Work to support each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals.
• Assist residents to maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed.
• Transport clients to community outings, day program, & doctor’s appointments.

Job Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have own reliable vehicle - no public transportation/Uber/Lyft, etc.
• Proof of a high school diploma, GED and/or college/university degree from a US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to be flexible and cross-trained at various locations for client coverage.
• Minimum of 6 months Human Services/Direct care experience as an employee, volunteer, or for a family member
• Physical requirements – position requires walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs., without assistance.
• Must be flexible with weekend availability.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset.
• Local candidates within a 15-mile radius preferred.
