Job Description
Our client is a New York City real estate law firm, seeks a trial attorney to join its Landlord-Tenant practice group. All candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution experience. In addition, each candidate must demonstrate contemporaneous experience in drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and in taking and defending depositions. Strong negotiating skills and excellent computer and research skills are necessary. As one of New York’s premier real estate litigation firms, Our client has participated and prevailed in many of the most important New York real estate cases of the new millennium, as reflected in numerous published and unpublished decisions on novel legal issues.
