Job Description
We are New York’s preeminent boutique real estate law firm, is seeking 4 attorneys (3 , 5 , 10 and 20 years experience) to join its Litigation Practice Group. Candidates must have experience from pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court, or federal courts; appellate experience preferred, but not required. Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be able to handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigations including initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions. Additionally, candidates should exhibit confidence to appear in court and argue motions. For the junior attorney position, we are seeking a self-starter looking for the opportunity to make strategic decisions, and gain substantial court experience and client interaction, from the first day. Real estate and trial experience are a plus.
