What You Will Be Doing
- Work with our Chambers-rated Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Business Services groups.
- Engage in various capital transactions across the United States and internationally.
- Handle M&A, general corporate work, and transactions with privately held companies.
- Participate in corporate transactions with direct client contact and responsibility for negotiations.
- 3 - 5 years of strong transactional experience, including M&A and general corporate work.
- Experience working with privately held companies.
- Strong academics and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience in a large regional or national law firm.
- Desire to work on a range of corporate transactions.
- Reputable, Established Firm in Virginia since 1946, with strong roots and client trust across the region.

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
