Senior Project Manager Engineer (Indianapolis, IN) Salary Range 100k-180k
Responsibilities Include :
Site Layout
Grading and Earthwork calculations
Waste Water, Storm Water Management Design and Permitting (Drain)
Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design and Permitting
Preparation / Submission of Local Land Development Permits
Quality Assurance
Mentoring and Development of Junior Staff
The candidate should also possess strong client / agency management skills, proficient writing skills, and excellent communication skills. The ability to mentor and develop junior engineers is a plus and proactively and accountability are skills highly valued at BL.
Requirements
Required Experience :
8 years of civil or utility-related engineering experience
PE or ability to obtain
Site layout, grading, Wastewater, storm water, and erosion control design expertise
Civil-related utility design expertise
Trench less technology design expertise
Construction / construct ability expertise as it relates to the production of design drawings and resolution of field issues
