SUCCESSFUL LIVING is a Supported Living Service provider vendored by Tri-Counties Regional Center. We provide caregivers to disabled adults with a focus on helping them with independent living skills.
Caregivers needed to provide direct support to adults with disabilities receiving Supported Living Services (SLS). The Supportive Living Services staff will work directly with individuals receiving services in their own home and will assist with the implementation of the goals & objectives listed in the Individual Service Plan to provide training and support to individuals in the areas of organization, home upkeep, medical appointments, nutrition, physical fitness, and community safety awareness.
Summary
As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires core skills in caregiving, along with premium skills such as patient observation, and assistance with daily living activities. You will report to a care coordinator and collaborate with family members to enhance the quality of life for those you serve. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are essential, as is a high school diploma or GED.
