We are seeking an accomplished human resources professional to assume a multifaceted role that encompasses both HR management and payroll administration. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing core HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring seamless and accurate payroll processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. They must also take into account special topics in payroll accounting such as special payments, accounting of company pension plan processes, implementation of a wide range of benefits and local benefits administration from enrolment over life cycle changes to deregistration.
Closely partnering with internal stakeholders like Finance, Operations, EHS etc., they will ensure fair and consistent application of plant policies and procedures. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions, participating in local global and local projects with Sudarshan's HR Team.
