JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking an HR professional with strong expertise in payroll processing to take on a dual role encompassing both HR management and payroll administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing core HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring seamless and accurate payroll processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Oversee the timekeeping system and ensure employees accurately report hours worked.
- Address any discrepancies and collaborate with supervisors to ensure proper tracking of employee hours.
- Takes into account special topics in payroll accounting such as special payments, accounting of company pension plan processes, implementation of a wide range of benefits
- Local benefits administration from enrolment over life cycle changes to deregistration
- Close partnership with internal stakeholders like Finance, Operations, EHS etc.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of plant policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Promote a positive work environment by supporting employees in ONE Sudarshan culture initiatives.
- Participates in local global and local projects with Sudarshan’s HR Team
