Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to probate matters.
- Manage and maintain probate files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and updates.
- Prepare for hearings, trials, and mediations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
- Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
- Expertise in Probate: Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate law in Arizona.
- Proactive Attitude: You’re the type who spots what needs to be done and acts on it, without waiting for direction.
