About Us:

We are a fast-growing insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and the potential for full-time based on performance. If you have a background in recruiting and administrative work, are results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Use JazzHR to create and optimize job postings, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as needed
• Proactively source and screen candidates through phone pre-screening
• Conduct first-round interviews and determine candidate suitability
• Forward qualified candidates to the final interview with leadership
• Maintain organized records of applicants and track recruitment metrics
• Assist with light administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting (insurance or sales industry preferred)
• Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with JazzHR (or similar ATS) is a plus
• Excellent phone communication and ability to assess candidates quickly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Available until 7 PM at least twice a week for interviews
