Responsibilities:
- Use JazzHR to create and optimize job postings, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as needed
- Proactively source and screen candidates through phone pre-screening
- Conduct first-round interviews and determine candidate suitability
- Forward qualified candidates to the final interview with leadership
- Maintain organized records of applicants and track recruitment metrics
- Assist with light administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding
- Proven experience in recruiting (insurance or sales industry preferred)
- Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with JazzHR (or similar ATS) is a plus
- Excellent phone communication and ability to assess candidates quickly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Available until 7 PM at least twice a week for interviews
