The HRBP will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees. This is 20% of the job.
- Oversee training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor legislation and best practices in human resources management.
Qualifications
Must be willing to be Onsite 5 days a week.
